Fighting fraud

To stop fraud, the game uses three mechanics, which include punishing the fraudster's account:

GPS tracking
Motion sensor and health data
Machine learning to detect cheating through data modeling

Using devices that have been hacked, rooted or have a modified OS will result in BICY not working properly.

Transferring bikes from one account to another will cause the bikes to enter a cooling period (24 hours), during the cooling period users cannot use these bikes.

If a user loses energy because of transferring Bicycles from Inventory to the Wallet, all the unopened Lucky Boxes on the user's account will be burned/purged.

Note that losing protein bars by listing a Bicycle in the marketplace will NOT burn/purge Lucky Boxes.
