Cycling Artifacts

  • Productivity (ICY earning) - single-player mode, marathon mode
    In single-player mode, efficiency plays an important role in earning ICY. If the Productivity artifact is higher, you will earn more ICY for the protein bars you spend.
    In marathon mode, higher Efficiency allows you to gain points on the leaderboard faster.
  • Fortune (Lucky Case) – single-player mode, Bicycle Rental (Coming Soon)
    Luck determines the frequency and quality of a Lucky Case drop. Users are also able to receive Lucky Case drops while their bicycles are leased out.
  • Comfort (ICY Earning) – single-player mode, Marathon Mode, Staking/Governance (Under Development)
    The Comfort value has been reworked and currently under development.
  • Resistivity (durability/repair) - single-player mode, marathon mode
    In single mode, Resilience affects the rate at which the bike's Durability decreases. Higher resistivity results in a slower decline in durability.

The higher the level or quality of the bike, the higher the cost of repair. Durability is the bike's "endurance" bar. When the user moves, durability decreases. The bike gets a "wear and tear" penalty at 2 durability touch points:

  • At durability 50/100, the bike's efficiency is reduced to 90%.
  • At durability 20/100 the bike's efficiency is reduced to 10%.

In Marathon Mode, durability will allow users to earn more points as their bikes stay above the "deterioration" mark longer.

Users will be able to burn ICY/BICY to reset bike attribute points. The more frequent the reset, the more expensive it will be, with the cost being limited to a certain level (under development).

Bicycles Types

There are three types of bicycles, each designed for a different exercise intensity and/or fitness level:

Users’ base ICY return is not static, and several factors may cause it to fluctuate:

  • Bicycle Productivity (low wear and tear affects Productivity).
  • GPS signal - users will earn less if the GPS signal is weak.
  • Mobile data signal strength and stability - if the data signal is intermittent, this can also reduce earnings.
  • Randomization.

Information on BICY return rates will be provided in future updates.

Bicycle Qualities

There are five bicycle qualities. When a bicycle is minted, the value of each artifact is randomly chosen within the minimum and maximum values depending on the quality of the bicycle. Therefore, even bicycles of the same quality can have a completely different distribution of artifacts.

Bicycle Level

Users can level up their bicycles by burning ICY. Each level increase takes a certain amount of time, which increases with the amount of ICY depending on the level of the bicycle. This process can be accelerated by using even more ICY.

In addition, it will take ICY/BICY to raise the bicycles to level 29 and 30.

Once leveled up, users will receive 4 to 12 additional points, which can be assigned according to the quality of the bike.

*At the maximum level, users must choose between earning ICY or BICY. Switching between ICY/BICY earnings is allowed, but there will be a cool down time.

Bicycle Customization (Under Development)

At level 30, users will have the ability to spend ICY/BICY/NFT to customize bikes, including but not limited to changing the name, adding a quote, adding additional artifact points, etc. More information on customization will be posted soon.
